They tried their best to fix the problem

They have a nice product but Fedex delivery was a problem. They did all they could to make it right including a promise of a refund of the cost of the item.

Very Responsive Seller, and As Advertised!

I ordered these for a dinner party, and something odd happened with UPS. Apparently the package arrived but they turned around and sent it back without even trying to deliver it. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement and told me it would arrive today, and voila! It did. I have to admit, I was a little concerned about buying fish (Seabass) on-line. However, the order was as described and solidly frozen. The seller included a free sampling of salmon as well. Now, that is service! While I have not yet cooked them, the pieces of Chilean Seabass are large 8oz cuts, and look quite nice. Can't wait to eat them. I will report back, but I'm positive they will be succulent and buttery as Chilean Seabass is.

Really good!

It sounds really weird to buy Salmon online, but this is actually really good! Once you receive them you freeze (or atleast I did). To dethaw I just grabbed a fillet and left it in the fridge over night. Then I decided to bake the Salmon instead of grilling because it retains the vitamins much more I found out! Grease pan, season Salmon, put in oven on 425 for about 12 min! Depends on the oven
